A sound and vibration timer for routines, sets, and reps
Repeat your workout and focus routines in sets. DDANG is a routine interval timer that guides repeated workout, stretching, and focus sessions with sound and vibration. Set your work time, rest time, and number of sets freely for hold exercises like planks, wall sits, and dead hangs, short stretching routines, or repeated focus and break sessions. For repeated movements, you can also follow a steady beat. Set a target count or BPM, and DDANG will play sounds at regular intervals so you can keep your rhythm without losing count. You do not need to keep watching the screen. DDANG uses short sound effects and vibration cues for start, transition, remaining time, last set, and completion signals. ■ Made For · Repeating workout time in sets · Hold exercises like planks, wall sits, and dead hangs · Counting repeated stretches or movements · Alternating focus time and break time · Continuing a routine without checking the screen often · Tracking daily routine records and streaks ■ Key Features · Custom labels - Save routines as Plank, Stretching, Focus, or any name you like · Time-based intervals - Set work time, rest time, and sets freely · Start countdown - Prepare before your routine begins · Sound + vibration cues - Short signals for start, transition, last set, and finish · Remaining time cues - Get notified before work or rest ends · Repetition counter - Set target count or BPM and follow the beat · Recommended templates - Start routines like plank, wall sit, and dead hang quickly · Tags - Organize routines by workout, study, stretching, or your own system · Stats tab - View active time, completed sets, active days, and streaks · Calendar heatmap - See the days you completed routines · Backup / restore - Export and import your records when changing devices ■ Keep Going Without Watching The Screen Short sounds and vibration tell you what to do next. · Start countdown - Tick sound and light vibration every second · Work → rest transition - Short transition sound and vibration · Remaining time cue - One signal at 5 seconds or every second · Repetition counter - Beat cues based on your BPM setting · Last set start - A distinct final-set signal · Routine complete - Completion melody and vibration All signals are short.
