Speaking Clock - tell the time

Speaking clock is a free application. Using the app to give you voice announcements means you do not have to watch the clock to know the current time. Currently, the first version of the application has a bundle of Vietnamese, English, Hindi, Japanese languages, and in subsequent upgrades the developer will add other language packs.
