DigiTirta

DigiTirta facilitates meter recording and daily financial bookkeeping for groups managing rural water supply and sanitation systems so that they can be used as a basis for determining future steps. Equipped with various features that can help make your work easier, DigiTirta is the solution for water meter recording and financial bookkeeping! 1. Automatically calculate water dues No more manually calculating customer bills! The meter registrar only needs to enter the final meter number in the customer and the system will automatically calculate the customer's water fee bill automatically according to the tariff conditions that have been set at the beginning (even including administrative fees and late fees!) 2. Offline mode (offline) Don't worry if there is no signal while walking around taking down customer meters! Water meter recording can still be done when there is no signal and can be uploaded into the system for billing calculations when you get a signal again. 3. Delivery of water fee bills via third party applications You can now send your water fee bill anytime and anywhere using SMS or the WhatsApp application! 4. Preparation of various books automatically (contribution book, inventory list, cash book, receipt book, expense book, cash flow report, income statement, balance sheet (under development)) No need to be confused anymore with bookkeeping calculations! DigiTirta can help you arrange various types of books automatically from the receipts and expenses that you enter. You can even select the desired bookkeeping period and save it in pdf format! 5. Multiuser with access to different features DigiTirta can be accessed by multiple users from different devices and access to different features. The meter registrar can only access the water meter recording feature and cannot access the books, while the admin can access all existing features. 6. Mobile and desktop versions Having trouble seeing the various books on your phone because it's too small and the features on the phone are limited? DigiTirta can also be accessed via a browser on your computer with more complete features.
