Credies is the mobile management tool for companies that use a time tracking system. Employees record hours per client, track balances, and manage the client database—quickly, clearly, and paperless. The app connects to your company's Credies platform. After logging in, you'll immediately work with your organization's settings, logo, and terminology. HOW IT WORKS Open the app and log in with your company account. The dashboard immediately displays statistics: how many clients you have, who has a low balance, and an overview of recent changes. Select a client from the list and record hours immediately. You choose the desired product or service, set the time using a convenient shortcut (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours), and confirm. The client automatically receives an email confirmation. Additional hours work the same way. Select the client, choose the product, set the time, and confirm. All changes are processed immediately and are visible in the balance overview. CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT Search for customers by name, company name, or customer number. View each customer's current balance in hours, complete transaction history, and contact details. Add new customers directly through the app, including a starting balance if desired. Each customer has a clear details page with: - Current balance per product or service - Buttons to directly add or debit hours - Complete transaction history with descriptions CUSTOMIZED FOR EVERY COMPANY Every organization that uses Credies has its own design. The app automatically adapts to: - Custom logo and branding in the interface - Custom terminology: "hours," "half-days," "sessions," or any other term your company uses - Custom product catalog with the services you register for - Adjustable time rounding (per quarter, half hour, etc.) An employers' association records hours and half-days, a consultancy firm records consultancy hours, and a healthcare institution records treatment time. The app adapts, not the other way around. WHO IS THIS FOR? Credies is designed for SMEs that want to easily track hours per client. These include service providers, consultancies, healthcare and welfare institutions, employer organizations, and other companies that work with a per-client time balance. The app is exclusively intended for employees and administrators of companies affiliated with the Credies platform. An account through your employer is required to log in.
