Copy on one device, paste on another. Instant text sharing, no account needed.
Ever needed to get a link, a code or an address from your phone onto your laptop? Clipboard.ninja copies text from one device and pastes it on another, instantly. No account. No cable. No cloud storage. Just a 6-digit Device ID. How it works 1. Open Clipboard.ninja on both devices. On Android use this app, on anything else just go to https://clipboard.ninja in the browser. 2. Enter the Device ID of one device on the other and press Connect. 3. Type or paste your text and press Send. It appears on the other device right away. What people use it for • Sending a long URL from your phone to your computer without emailing it to yourself • Getting a verification code or wifi password onto the other screen • Copying an address, IBAN or order number between work and personal devices • Pasting a snippet from your desktop into a form on your phone • Sharing text with someone sitting next to you, without any messaging app Why Clipboard.ninja • Real time: text appears on the receiving device the moment you send it. • Nothing stored: your text is relayed straight to the connected device and is never saved on the server. If nobody is connected, there is nothing to retrieve later. • Encrypted in transit: all traffic between your devices and the server runs over HTTPS. • Works with everything: iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook all join through the browser. No app needed on the other side. • Multiple devices: connect several at once and every one of them receives what you send. • No strings: no sign-up, no ads, no permissions to hand over. • Free and open source: the code is on GitHub. Open the app, share your Device ID, and stop emailing yourself.
