With the Baker Hansen app you are always guaranteed fresh bread. Buy in the app and pick up from the baker when it suits. Super Easy! The app shows at any time which breads are available bakeries. If your bakery is empty of the bread you want, it will appear in the app. Then you can buy it in one of our other bakeries, choose another bread that tempts or wait until we have baked more. For some bread we bake several times a day. Fresh bread always tastes best! Always fresh bread! We have delivered proper pastries to people in Oslo since Arnt started our first bakery at Jernbanetorget in 1861. We introduced the knippbrød in Norway, made sure that Nansen brought with him the necessary supplies on the pole expeditions, and delivered bread to the prisoners at Grini during the war.
