MinMatForsk is a digital tool for patients or healthcare professionals to map, monitor and document adult patients' nutritional intake. MinMatForsk provides decision-making support to healthcare personnel for nutritional treatment of patients who are malnourished or at risk of becoming so. User instructions should be read and understood before MinMatForsk is used. Access to the app is given to participants who have agreed to participate in active research studies in the app.
