As a Baptist Memorial patient, you can use our Baptist OneCare mobile app to access your MyChart, a free online tool, for Baptist Memorial patients, that gives you access to your medical record anytime, anywhere. Using MyChart you can: • View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations. • Schedule appointments and request prescription renewals. • Send a message to your health care team. • Organize all your medical information into one personal health record. • View and pay your bill online. • Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
