Hexoholic - Match X logic game

Hexoholic is a simple solitaire-style puzzle. Combine chains of numbers by placing them next to one another. Match two 2s, three 3s, four 4s and so on. If you match more numbers than needed you get an extra field and can play longer. If you're smart enough the game can last forever. The game starts simple but gets challenging over time. Make good use of some bonus items you'll get. The game ends when there's no more room on the board.
