Оберег. Поиск пропавших людей

We, volunteer searchers, have developed a simple and user-friendly app for searching for missing people. The app is designed for anyone willing to come to the aid of a missing person (both experienced search volunteers and all concerned individuals). We've implemented the most essential features to help quickly start a search, engage volunteers, and effectively coordinate (manage) the search for missing people. Participating in the search for a missing person is easy; all you need to do is: 1. Download the app and install it on your smartphone. 2. Register and select the city or cities where you're willing to participate. 3. Respond to help when the app sounds an alarm (the search begins in the selected city). You can help in any way: • Walk around and explore your neighborhood; perhaps a lost child is sitting near your home and needs help. • Share information about the missing person via social media and messaging apps. • The search headquarters always has simple tasks (for example, calling hospitals, posting flyers, registering volunteers, monitoring social media, etc.) App Features: The app's main function is receiving alerts about the start of searches in your area. The app displays the geolocations of all searchers, as well as tracks (paths) where they have already searched. It includes navigation to points, multiple maps, and features to make the search efficient and find the missing person faster and safer. Searchers in the app can see each other on the map. 1. Quick search start (sending alerts in 1 second) 2. Missing person orientation (description, download, and share options) 3. Tracking (locations searched) of all users 4. Search areas and landmarks marked on the map. 5. Operation is possible without a cell phone or internet signal. 6. Seven different maps (satellite, map, hybrid, OSM, etc.) 7. Offline maps 8. Track and waypoint recording without GPS. 9. Internal chats with geolocation (message origin is visible) 10. Open and closed search modes. 11. Secure (personal information is not transmitted, only geolocation during searches and chat messages) 12. Free (no monetization). 13. Unexplored areas are visible. 14. Navigate to a point (direction, azimuth, distance to the point, compass) 15. Distance radii are shown on the map. 16. Ruler (measuring distances) 17. Lock the map center when moving. 18. Copy and send coordinates. 19. Internal application for participant registration - "Obereg. Registrar". 20. User QR code (in profile) for quick registration through "Obereg. Registrar". and many other useful features. Goals of the mobile application: 1) Quickly inform all users in the RIGHT location about a missing person. It's important not to waste time. 2) Engaging caring people in volunteering (easy installation and connection to volunteer search efforts). 3) Effective coordination (management) of search efforts. The search coordinator sees the geolocation of all volunteers and their movements (tracks). This application has no analogues in the world; it is the only mobile application developed specifically for searching for missing persons. More than 7,000 users have registered through the application, and more than 1,200 searches for missing persons have been launched in 28 regions of Russia and 4 regions of the Republic of Belarus. We've also developed the "Obereg. Registrar" mobile app, which allows you to register search participants, assigned search equipment, group formation, and assigned tasks, all with a convenient printable summary form. A link to "Obereg. Registrar" is in the app settings. The "Obereg. Child Search" mobile app is a project of the "Obereg" Charitable Foundation (which has been helping people in difficult situations in Irkutsk for over 20 years). We collaborate with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. We invite volunteer search and rescue teams from Russia and neighboring countries to partner with us. Together, we can do more good!
