Smart Health BD

The "Smart Health BD" application has been developed to facilitate daily service delivery for Community Health Workers, Multi-Purpose Health Volunteers, and Health Assistants working under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh. This app is intended for the collection and monitoring of services related to maternal health care ( ANC, PNC, Pregnancy Outcome Information) and childhood immunization, child growth monitoring starting from the household level.
