When enrolled in self-tracking programs, you can choose to upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, directly to your UT Medicine patient portal. This may include activity levels, heart rate, nutrition, sleep and other wellness metrics, offering a more complete view of your health and helping guide personalized care.
