Midwife's visit - a modern, mobile tool extending the capabilities of standard systems supporting the work of nurses and the development of electronic medical documentation. It extends the service of health visitor visits by introducing the possibility of working in the field, even in the absence of Internet access. To use the application, it is necessary to have a medical account in the institutional systems (KS-SOMED, ​​SERUM or KS-PPS, and, after adaptation, to any other system) or to open a new account in the SERUM.
