The app is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. The information registered is for personal organization and monitoring purposes only. Main features: • Family member registration: Create profiles for different family members and organize their care separately. • Medication control: Record medications, times, doses, type of use, observations, stock, and reminders to help track medication routines. • Vaccine tracking: Register vaccines received, pending vaccines, and upcoming doses, facilitating the organization of the family vaccination history. • Medical appointments: Organize future appointments, completed appointments, specialties, doctors, locations, times, and important observations. • Medical exams and documents: Record requested, scheduled, or completed exams. It is also possible to attach documents, prescriptions, reports, images, PDFs, and other files related to healthcare. • Symptom Log Note symptoms, intensity, date, time, possible causes, and observations to better track progress before a medical appointment. • Health Measurements Record information such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature, oxygen saturation, heart rate, and other useful data for personal monitoring. • Emergency Card Create a card with important information such as blood type, allergies, relevant conditions, medications in use, and emergency contact. • Alerts and Reminders Receive notifications to remind you of medications, vaccines, appointments, and registered exams. • Reports and Overview View an overview of recorded care, facilitating family health monitoring. • Family and Caregiver Sharing When available and activated by the user, the app allows inviting family members or caregivers to access family information according to permissions defined by the responsible party. • Backup and restore When enabled by the user, cloud backup helps preserve data and restore it to another device.
