Manage your hosting services, domains, invoices, and support simply, quickly, and securely — wherever you are. MAIN FEATURES • Main panel — overview of your account: invoices, domains, services, and tickets, with alerts for overdue invoices. • Invoices and payments — view and download your invoices in PDF format. Pay securely with AlgarIT Wallet, Multibanco (reference), MBWay, or card. Track the payment status in real time. • Domains — view your domains, update nameservers (DNS), and contact information for each domain. • Hosting services — view your services, access the service panel via single sign-on (SSO), and cancel subscriptions. • Subscribe to new services and domains — search for domain availability and subscribe to new services directly in the app. • Quotes — view, accept, or reject quotes and download them as PDFs. • Documents — access your tax documents (invoices and receipts). • Support tickets — open support requests, track team responses, send attachments, and close tickets. • Profile and security — update your information, change your password, enable two-step verification (2FA), and complete account verification (KYC).
