APP Ascendi

The Ascendi APP provides users with the following features: - Exploratory Mode - Search and pay debts within a period of time and for a specific registration – national or foreign without having an account created. The user will be able to select the items he wants to pay and make the payment through the Ascendi APP (Card, MBWay; RefMB). Regarding debt with other Collection Operators, a link for debt payment will be made available on the respective portals. - Logged in mode (session started): Access the debt by NIF - pay notifications and carry out ICI (Driver Identification); Search by enrollment for outstanding amounts at Ascendi or other collection operators. If the user has a validated identity, he will be able to access the notification summary and travel details. Upon notification, the user will be able to make payment or Driver Identification. - Customer Support: Contact Forms; Contact History. - Debt Alerts.
