The Municipality of Leiria has implemented Leiria Repara, a platform that allows incidents to be reported in real time, with the advantage of categorizing them according to different thematic areas. Through this portal, residents can report an issue, mark the location on the map according to its type, fill in an identification form, and add a photograph to better illustrate the situation. Urgent situations or those requiring immediate intervention should be reported directly to the security forces.
