Built according to the interest of the citizen, the SNS 24 App gathers the citizen's health information in an application residing on their smartphone or tablet. Through this application, citizens can access a wide range of health information, including their Vaccine Bulletin, their Recipes, Allergies or their Exam requisitions. In addition, services are made available that allow the recording of specific health measurements (Blood Blood Pressure, Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index), the carrying out of Teleconsultations or the possibility of requesting the renewal of Usual Medication.
