Use WexExpress to get around Wexford county (Michigan) and the surrounding areas. We’re a public transit service that’s smart, easy, and reliable. With a few taps, book a ride in the app and you can be on your way! HOW IT WORKS: - Create your account in a couple clicks and choose the service you’d like to book under. - Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. - You will be given an estimated time when the vehicle will arrive upon booking your trip. The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. You'll either pay your fare when boarding using a ticket, cash, or punch card, or you can pay prior to boarding using a credit card in the app. - There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way if you’re riding Demand-Response! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app. What we’re about: RELIABLE: With our app, you have transparency into your ETAs. Track your ride as the driver is on their way to you, and while you’re on the vehicle too. OUR VEHICLES: WexExpress is wheelchair accessible! If you require a wheelchair, you can add it in your profile or call us for assistance. When you request a ride, you’ll be matched with a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Questions?
