MEGONO mobile is a part of a digital mobile platform developed independently by Bendan Hospital IT Unit, namely BENDAN PERSONAL ASSISTANT (BAPER mobile). BAPER mobile consists of: 1. PRIPUNDOK for DOCTOR / DPJP users (implemented March 3, 2020). 2. MEGONO for MANAGEMENT / Structural users (launching DECEMBER 2020). 3. MAKARYO for EMPLOYEES users (entering the 2021 development plan). MEGONO mobile is an Android-based mobile application specifically for the Management (Structural) of the Bendan City Hospital in Pekalongan. Management can in real time find out information, data and reports about Bendan Regional Hospital via mobile devices from anywhere and anytime (anytime anywhere). The report displayed is an EXECUTIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM (EIS) accompanied by a graphic that will clarify and facilitate understanding of the report data presented. The report presented includes all lines of service at Bendan City Hospital, Pekalongan, namely outpatient, inpatient and medical support. An executive summary of BPJS claims which is the main source of hospital revenue will also be presented. Staffing structure is shown as the basis for employee management. In addition, MEGONO mobile can function as a personal agenda that will inform you about the schedule of activities that will be carried out every day. Service quality indicators that become SNARS accreditation standards can be monitored via MEGONO mobile. No exception, the culture of paperless society will be one of the concerns adapted in terms of the approval process, such as meeting invitation letters, assignment letters, leave letters, contract letters and other processes.
