SKD-Triada Service is an app for employees servicing locks, key boxes, and control units of the SKD-Triada access control system. Everything that previously required a laptop and cables now fits on a phone. Manage your equipment directly on-site. Connect to the device wirelessly in a couple of seconds, check its status, and open, close, or reconfigure it if necessary. Everything is in one app, with no extra utilities or documentation at your fingertips. What you can do Diagnostics Check the device's functionality: is the lock closed, is the key box cover in place, how much charge is left in the batteries, when they were last changed, and how long the device has been running without a reboot. Management Open or close the lock, open the key box, and synchronize the time. After replacing the batteries, reset the battery level with one click to restore the device to 100%. Key Management See who has access to the lock or key box. Revoke access for a single employee or clear all keys at once—with mandatory confirmation to ensure nothing is deleted accidentally. Control unit setup Add and remove locks and key holders from the list of connected equipment—by serial number, without having to visit each location. Event log Quickly understand what happened to a device and when: who opened it, who changed the keys, whether there were any errors. Up to 100 recent events with time, initiator, and result. Everything under control Every service action is automatically sent to the accounting system—the service team always knows who worked on which device, when, and with which. There's no need to manually maintain reports or fill out logs. Security The connection to the server is secure, and authorization data is stored encrypted on the device. Control of any device is only possible after logging into the app with a working account. Suitable for This app is only for service department employees servicing facilities with Triada ACS equipment. To log in, you need a work account; registration is completed using a one-time code sent to your corporate email. Requirements • Android with Bluetooth support. • Permissions to use Bluetooth to search and connect to devices. • Internet access for logging in and syncing with the server.
