CONTROL YOUR EXPENSES AND REMAINING GB, MINUTES, AND SMS Keep track of your expenses and those of your loved ones, download itemized bills, check your remaining minutes, SMS, and GB of data, and analyze your spending. REFILL YOUR BALANCE AND FINANCE MANAGEMENT Check your balance, pay for essentials, and transfer money from your MTS account or card within Russia and abroad. You can top up your balance through the Fast Payment System (SBP), from a card, or by setting up autopayment. Manage your finances: get an MTS Money card and save on everyday purchases, pay for purchases using a QR code, and save with MTS Savings. PROTECTION AGAINST SPAM CALLS AND FRAUD The "Defender" digital security service will identify the calling number and block fraudulent and spam calls. It will answer unwanted calls containing potential advertising for you, record them, and send you a transcript. "Safe Call" will analyze the conversation using AI and warn you during the call if you are talking to a potential fraudster. "Protector for Friends" will send a notification if a loved one is talking to a potential fraudster. And if you have lost money to fraud, "Fraud Insurance" will help you recover up to 1.5 million rubles. Caller ID will display information about an unknown number: category, region, and carrier. Call filtering and anti-spam work in the background. "Personal data leak analysis" scans the network for your confidential information and, if found, suggests what to do next. FAMILY GROUP Create a Family Group to save on communication costs with your loved ones, stay up-to-date on each other's locations, and manage numbers and plan settings together. Take better care of your family with advanced security options. MTS SECRETARY If you can't answer a call, the Secretary will take it. She'll help when it's inconvenient to pick up the phone—at a meeting, in the theater, or in a noisy place. If you don't answer within 20 seconds, the Secretary will do it for you and then send you a recording of the conversation and its transcript. The Secretary can also transfer the call to a chat: the other person's words will be sent to you as messages, and your responses will be read out in real time by the Secretary. INTELLIGENT CALL RECORDING My MTS features automatic call recording for both incoming and outgoing calls made over the mobile network and through the app. Call recordings are saved as audio and text transcripts, and files are stored in the cloud—they don't take up phone memory and are always available in the app. Call recordings help you revisit the call and recall important details.
