This application aims to create a formal and rapid communication channel between the school system and parents; it is also a powerful tool to help the school administration and teachers optimize their work efficiency. The application includes the following main features: - Electronic communication log: Continuously and promptly updates information related to students' learning process such as attendance, daily menus, health information, leave requests, medication instructions, comments, daily activities, photo albums, tuition fee tracking, registration for extracurricular classes/books/uniforms. - School newsletter: Like an internal social network of the school, where parents, teachers, and administrators can all participate, interact, and receive information. - Student transportation schedule management: Automatically announces via loudspeaker, displays on monitoring screens, and notifies teachers via the mobile application when parents drop off and pick up students. - Sending messages and group chats: Class groups, teacher-in-charge groups, with support from the school, announcements (child's attendance, school announcements). - Managing and recording teacher and staff attendance.
