Safe and convenient care – directly on your mobile With our app, you get easy and secure contact with healthcare professionals via video calls or digital messages. You can use the app for matters to your healthcare center, youth clinic, dental care or other hospital clinic within the Jönköping County Region. Send messages, pictures and films, or book an appointment for a video call. You meet licensed healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, midwives, physiotherapists, counselors or psychologists – safely, professionally and securely. For young people between the ages of 13 and 21, there is specially adapted support via the youth clinic, with staff who have extensive experience with young people's questions and needs. You can conduct your video call at home, at work or while traveling. All communication is encrypted, takes place under a duty of confidentiality and is recorded just like during a regular healthcare visit. Digital visits are a complement to physical visits and telephone contact. Many matters can be handled directly in the app, without you having to go to a clinic. To log in, you need Mobile BankID or Freja eID+. Unfortunately, Mobile Security ID, which banks often offer young people, does not work. Before the video call, we recommend that you sit in a quiet place and preferably use headphones. You can also send messages to the healthcare team with your questions. We will respond as soon as we can. For more extensive cases, where we need more information, it is usually better to book a video call.
