CBM Pte Ltd has made feedbacks and fault reporting for CBM-managed properties as mobile as possible with “CBM – Tell Us”. The application provides a convenient channel for you to create, track and follow-up on your facility-related request mitigating the number of phone calls to the building management team. Supported with GPS identification, users can lodge cases by uploading images with short descriptions for the properties we manage anywhere in the region. The user-friendly application allows easy access for users to: Seamlessly report building issues to the Building Management Support Team; Snap photos on the spot or upload pictures from the gallery to illustrate feedbacks and fault reports; Automatically route the feedback to the responsible Facilities Management (FM) Team for follow-up; Track status and closure of the cases submitted, which are updated regularly by our FM Team on-site. CBM – Tell Us is available for download for everyone who wishes to give us feedback. No registration or login credentials are required.
