Social Insurance Agency Mobile Application: One application for your whole life The Social Insurance Agency is digitizing services and bringing you an official mobile application that will be your partner in key life situations. Get modern, simple, fast and secure access to your social insurance data anywhere and anytime directly from your smartphone. Downloading and using the application is completely free. What do you get with the application as an insured citizen? Access to your Electronic Insured Account and with it: · Complete overview of your insurance: Provides you with an online overview of your insurance periods (pension, sickness, unemployment), benefits paid and insurance premium payments. No more personal visits to branches. · Pension information: Thanks to the Pension Preparation function, you can find out how many years you have worked and what the approximate amount of your pension would be if you were to retire today. If you are a pension recipient, you will get an overview of the benefits paid for the selected period. · Application tracking: You have control over all your benefit applications. The application informs you about their current processing (e.g. ePN - electronic sick leave, pension, or unemployment benefit). · Easy payments: As a self-employed or voluntarily insured person, you pay insurance premiums and arrears online directly through the application's payment gateway. We support card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay. What do you get with the application as an employer? · Fast pre-registration of employees: The application is also an ideal assistant for employers. It allows you to quickly and efficiently pre-register an employee with the Social Insurance Company. It is an additional option that simplifies the fulfillment of the notification obligation. How do I activate and start using the mobile application? · To activate the application, you need to have an activated Electronic Insured Account (EUP). After logging into the Social Insurance Agency's eServices portal, you will generate a QR code, which you can use to easily and securely pair the application with your EUP. After activation, you can log in to the application conveniently using biometrics (e.g. face scan, fingerprint) or a PIN code. Don't have an EUP? If you use an electronic identity card (eID), you can access it online without visiting a branch. Otherwise, you can simply visit any branch of the Social Insurance Agency. · Are you an employer? First, you will determine the phone numbers from which you will perform pre-registration. The application will automatically verify your login using the phone number and PIN code assigned to you by the Social Insurance Agency. The Social Insurance Agency application is designed to give you secure access to your data immediately and have your social insurance literally in your pocket.
