You've overcome covid, but you're still not feeling well? Zhiva (reads "alive") helps people with long covid. In the application you will find advice on how to manage your symptoms, measure and monitor your health. We also recommend trying our exercises to relieve fatigue. Zhive also contains a list of doctors who are engaged in long-term covid in Slovakia, and in the Community you can share your experiences with patients who also suffer from this new disease. Zhiva is one of the first applications in the world dedicated to long covid. Our goal is to get her to the people she can help as soon as possible. We will constantly improve it based on your suggestions. Therefore, we want to ask you for feedback and recommendations for improvement. The application is free for policyholders of partner insurance companies. To access it is necessary to register in advance on zhiva.sk About ZHIVE Zhiva is a Slovak technological startup. It was founded by five people from the field of health informatics, public policy and communication. In February of this year, they launched the CovidHelper.sk website and, after the huge interest of people with acute and long covid, invented and created an application for self-management of this new disease.
