Time2Eat's Order Status Display brings real-time order visibility to your cafeteria, keeping customers informed and your team focused. Every order placed is assigned a unique order number. That number appears on the display screen the moment it enters the system moving from "Preparing" to "Ready" as your team updates the status. The display syncs directly with your Kitchen Management System (KMS), updating in real time as staff mark orders as preparing or ready. It also works in sync with Time2Eat's ordering channels including mobile and web applications, Point of Sale (PoS) system, and kiosk setups. Customers receive an order number at the time of placing their order and can track its status on the nearest screen.
