Are you tired of turning endless circuit rounds on the training ground? Tired of spending all your training time with running? Get rid of running units in order to save valuable time. Spend more time with other training elements. The TrainYourTeam App tracks distance, duration, pace, metres in altitude such as burnt calories for you. Via GPS you can not only trace your activities, but also analyse them. The TrainYourTeam App differs between Teammates and Coaches. The coach creates workouts for his team, which include running units and have to be achieved in a certain time period. In TrainYourTeam the running units are called „tasks“. These affect a route, which has to be run in a certain time. Teammates have to carry their smartphones with them while running. Obviously the results can not be typed in manually. Reason therefore is, that the application follows your running route, meassures the distance and stops your time via GPS. Accordingly to this, the coach can check the standings, wether his teammates have finished seperate workouts or already solved whole workouts, at any time. The app also shows him deails of the running session, for example the average pace or how many metres in altitude have been achieved during the run.
