BHIOS: Battery Monitor

Progressive loss of autonomy is a common process for all lithium-ion batteries. BHIOS is an electrical monitoring and charging assistance application, designed to provide clear data on your device's charging without unrealistic promises of miraculous repair or regeneration. DIRECT ELECTRICAL TELEMETRY FROM SENSORS Using information provided by the Android system (BatteryManager API), BHIOS calculates and displays in real time: - Instantaneous charging power in Watts (W). - Input and output current in milliamperes (mA). - Battery operating voltage in millivolts (mV). - Device temperature in degrees Celsius. - Mathematical estimates of remaining charging time and autonomy in use. PREVENTIVE ALERT OF THE 80/20 RULE It is common knowledge that frequently keeping lithium batteries above 80% under high temperatures or below 20% accelerates cell wear. BHIOS helps prevent this stress through: - Configurable alerts when reaching 80% charge. - Discharge warnings when reaching 20%. - Night protection mode to avoid alarms during rest hours. CABLE AND POWER SUPPLY DIAGNOSTICS Quick test of a few seconds to measure the stability of the current and the average power delivered by your charger and USB cable. CHARGE HISTORY AND CAPACITY ESTIMATE Local log of charging sessions to track temperature peaks, estimated mAh gain, and usage history. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Track charge levels, temperature, and power in Watts directly on the home screen with optimized native widgets. TRANSPARENCY AND PRIVACY BHIOS does not make promises to increase battery life through software. The application provides measurement tools for you to better manage your charging habits. All history data is saved locally on the device and can be deleted by the user at any time.
