i-CHAT (I Can Hear and Talk) is a language learning application Cues for Children with special needs in a hearing that is packaged in the form of multimedia. Currently available content for 7000 words in the form of videos and video pronunciation cue. i-CHAT has been designated as Program CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk and has been socialized or less to 122 SLB-B in Indonesia. Hopefully, this application can be useful for special needs community within earshot.
