Forming an order for spare parts - selecting products from the catalog, indicating the quantity, type of order, sending the request by email. 7. The ability to transfer a request between statuses and the history of statuses. 8. Built-in chat - communication between the technician and the Service Center administrator. 9. Displaying requests on the map - an interactive map with request markers. 10. Displaying requests in the calendar - viewing requests in the form of a calendar for a month.
