SIMple (tcell)

SIMple is an internal mobile application for telecom operator employees, designed for registration and full subscriber support. The system enables all key SIM card operations in a single interface—from initial registration to managing tariffs, services, and statuses. The key unit of the system is the subscriber, to whom one or more SIM cards can be linked. Key system features: 1. Quick subscriber registration with a step-by-step process 2. Managing subscribers and SIM cards in a single interface 3. Support for multiple SIM cards per subscriber 4. Carrying out transactions (top-ups, managing tariffs, services, and statuses, SIM replacement, and re-registration) 5. Storing and viewing subscriber documents 6. Data validation during entry The system is designed for front-office employees and enables all key subscriber operations to be performed directly at the point of service.
