Reliable Food is a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The application, with its "Inspection in Your Hands" approach, allows consumers easy and quick access to information regarding food safety processes. Complaints and requests for information related to food can be submitted through the application. During the complaint process, the QR code of the food business can be scanned to access business information; photos can be added to applications, location information can be shared, and the status of created applications can be tracked via the Application Inquiry screen. Additionally, users can inquire about the inspection status of food businesses via the QR code, follow public announcements, and be informed with accurate information content regarding food safety.
