It is a service platform implemented over the e-government system in order to speed up the business and transactions of nearly two hundred thousand members of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, as long as the legislation allows. Through the Member Service Platform, ATO members will be able to receive their e-documents 24/7, pay their dues and other debts with the online teller service, have the opportunity to make an online appointment, make their applications online, follow the application processes and access their answers online, without coming to the service building. ATO Members will be able to reach up-to-date sectoral developments, submit their sectoral demands online, if any, and access detailed and up-to-date data about the fairs of their sectors.
