Street View Doctor is a "citizen participation, crowdsourced geographic information (VGI)" tool: it turns things you care about on the street into trackable points on a map—election billboards, missing roads, sidewalk obstacles, old building facades, stray animal feeding spots… the types are completely customizable by you. No server or account registration is required; simply install and use. 【Custom Tracking Types】 • Define your own tracking type name, color, category options, and custom fields (text/number/menu) • Export and share type settings as JSON or QR code; social media partners can scan to share the same settings and report together. 【Maps and Reports】 • Taiwan Universal Electronic Map (NLSC) base map, switching layers according to type; automatic aggregation when there are too many points. • On-site photo reporting: automatically includes GPS coordinates; manual fine-tuning of points is possible. • Multiple photos of the same location can be accumulated, presenting a timeline of changes. 【Patrol Mode】 • Select type and patrol along the street: white dot = to be patrolled, green dot = patrolled, easily see patrol progress. • Continuously records the track in the background (status bar notification), uninterrupted even when the screen is off; the notification bar allows direct photo capture to add points or end patrol. • Track is segmented by date and accumulated distance; patrol records can be reviewed and resumed from history. 【Local Priority and Synchronization】 • All data is first saved to the phone (Room) (Database), operates normally even without internet access • Each type can choose its own sync destination: Google Sheets (photos uploaded to cloud drive) or a custom REST API • If no sync type is set, the data will not leave the device at all. 【Multi-user Collaboration】 • Setting a sync destination in the type settings can generate a QR code. Partners can scan it to receive the same spreadsheet or API. • Check-in: One-click update of confirmation time when there are no changes, no need to retake photos. Permissions: Location (records points and tracks), notifications (cruise progress); photos use the system camera, the app does not request camera permissions. Data is only transmitted to the spreadsheet or server you specify when you set up sync.
