Turn TV on, and NCLibTV Service Delivered to Your Home is a digital service the National Central Library (ROC) initiated in 2017. In recent years, the NCL has been promoting OTT TV's smart library service as a new type of digital service the library could provide, as it is genuinely hoped that the library's resources and services will be integrated into people's daily digital lives in multiple ways.
