MUKI

MUKI, which stands for Mfumo wa Ujifunzaji Kielektroniki, is a digital learning system designed to provide online training and capacity-building for Tanzanian local government employees, including new staff, councilors, and administrative officers. Through MUKI, users can access training modules, participate in assessments, engage in discussions, and communicate with instructors, all online and at their own pace. The system aims to improve knowledge, skills, and professional development while reducing the need for in-person training sessions. MUKI supports flexible learning, enabling users to study anytime and anywhere, and helps standardize training across government institutions.
