BEE:SCAN

Data collection terminal, smartphone and Bluetooth scanner – warehouse or store automation without equipment limitations. The combination of TZD and the BEE:Scan application will ensure the absence of errors and the speed of work, and will significantly increase the quality of accounting of goods in a warehouse, in a store, at a production or service station, at a construction site or during the transportation of goods. BEE:Scan provides automation of the processes of receipt and shipment of goods from the warehouse, and conducting inventory. But that is far from all. We are actively working on the development of functionality that involves working with cells (address storage of goods), working with serial numbers, printing labels on a mobile printer, operations for collecting barcodes, checking balances and prices, assembling and packing goods, online exchange with the most common on market accounting systems, and many other interesting functions. The main advantages of the BEE:Scan application: • This is a 100% Ukrainian product designed to replace Russian solutions on the market and help in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine; • Simple and intuitive interface - the application interface does not contain anything extra, so as not to distract you from your work. At the same time, everything you need is always at hand; • Productivity - the BEE:Scan application is designed to work with a large amount of data and provides high speed; • No limitation in the choice of equipment - any data collection terminal or a regular Android smartphone with the possibility of connecting a Bluetooth scanner, or scanning barcodes with the built-in camera of your device; • Data exchange in the universal CSV format, and online data exchange with the most common accounting systems on the market; • Accounting of goods by series and batches; • Accounting of goods in the section of cells; • Continuous development and improvement of the solution. A brief description of the main operations: • Receipt of goods into the warehouse: the BEE:Scan mobile application allows you to perform operations related to the receipt of goods into the warehouse. Right in the process of receiving goods, the user sees information about the product, the number of processed goods (SKU) and the total number of received goods on the screen of the mobile device. If necessary, you can always edit the data, and the result of acceptance can be saved in a CSV format file for further processing in the main accounting system of the enterprise. • Shipment of goods from the warehouse: it is easy and convenient to ship goods from the warehouse. Using the BEE:Scan mobile application will ensure the absence of errors and make the user's work much easier. Product identification by scanning a barcode with a built-in barcode scanner (if using a data collection terminal) or a mobile device camera is much more effective than using "paper technology". Work faster and more efficiently. • Goods counting: choose a goods counting warehouse and start working. Recounting of goods can be done both by the method of accumulation (sequential scanning of each bar code) and by manual entry of the number of goods. If there is no label with a barcode, it is possible to enter the product article or code. Downloading data from a file is much faster and more reliable than manually entering data into the accounting system, which can lead to errors.
