i-SPEED by VNNIC (i-SPEED) is an application to measure Internet access speed in Vietnam, built and developed by Vietnam Internet Center (VNNIC) under the Ministry of Information and Communications. i-SPEED application helps Vietnamese Internet users to self-test and evaluate Internet access speed through parameters: download speed (Download), upload speed (Upload), latency (Ping, Jitter). i-SPEED honestly reflects the user's Internet access speed measurement results. Measurement data will contribute and support the management agency for construction, infrastructure development and Internet services in Vietnam; improve service quality of Internet service providers; protect user rights.
