Health Care is a personal application that helps people proactively monitor their health status after each community health check-up. After being examined and having their vital signs measured by a doctor, all results—from blood pressure, heart rate, SpO₂, blood glucose to medical conclusions—will be automatically synchronized to their personal profile on their phone. Users log in securely using their Citizen Identification Number (CCCD) combined with a 6-digit PIN created individually for each person, ensuring only the owner can access their health information. The interface is user-friendly, with clear text, suitable for all ages, including the elderly. It allows users to view information about the attending physician and contact them directly via phone or text message. When needed, users can press the emergency call button to connect immediately with the attending physician in urgent situations. The medical history displays all visits in chronological order, with doctor's conclusions and annual measurements—helping people better understand their health status and proactively coordinate long-term treatment.
