This innovative app is used for communication between private or commercial tenants and the respective owners or landlords. The owner's CAFM software getFM must be used and licensed. Functions of the getFM app: • Creation of new tickets/reports and inquiries. • Creation of images for the respective inquiries. • Categorization of tickets • Communication/chat function with the responsible contact person. • Viewing rental agreements (if available) and other information such as terms. • Accessing important information and announcements about the rental property. • Language selection: German and English The getFM app impresses with its ability to utilize the latest technologies in daily work. The user-friendly design also enables intuitive use. The getFM 2Go app is currently available for Android and can be downloaded free of charge via the respective channels. Costs only arise when using the app, based on the individual getFM license. The app's functions and services will be further expanded and optimized in the future.
