Cuptally – Simple coffe tally for communities The CupTally app was designed for the electronic tracking of coffee consumption for shared, bean-to-cup coffee machines. Its goal is to replace traditional, cash-based solutions. Operationel process: - Data is stored in an online database, managed by the administrator through a web interface. - As a first step, location details, users, and the current coffee bag must be recorded. - Users can log in to the app downloaded from the store using a unique code. Accounting: - Consumption can be tracked in real-time from both the app and the web interface. - When a bag is closed, the system calculates the average price per cup and determines the amounts to be paid. - Payment obligations appear immediately in the mobile app after closing, and payments are logged by the administrator. - There is also an option to set an administrative margin to be built into the coffee price.
