The app is designed and operated as an intelligent companion to help children (ages 10-15) develop and solve problems they may encounter. Have you ever found it difficult to talk to your parents, or felt stressed when facing a difficult test? Do you want to know what you're really good at and what you'll do in the future? The Me+ app will help you do all of that in a fun and easy way! It focuses on four closely related aspects: 1) Regulating children's emotions 2) Reducing family conflicts 3) Improving family communication, and 4) Self-discovery and development The target audience for the app is primarily: • Teenagers (the center of the app). • Parents/caregivers. • Teachers. • Experts in youth education. • Service providers.
